Shipping Information
Standard ground orders will ship 5-7 business days after your order and complete payment is received. In the unlikely event of a backorder, we will notify you via e-mail 1-2 days after you place your online order.
Payments
When entering your credit card payment details, please verify that all information is accurate. Because your credit card billing information (including addresses, credit card number, and security code verification) must match exactly the information on file at your credit card company, any discrepancy will result in a delay in the shipment of your order.
Little Builder Toy Company will make one attempt to verify any credit card payment inconsistencies. If we are unable to verify your credit card information on the second attempt, your order will be cancelled.
Indiana residents are required to pay 7% sales tax.
Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as “Little Builder Toy Co.”
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, items in new, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. For instructions and return authorization, please e-mail us at Customer.Service@LittleBuilderToyCompany.com.
After the return has been received and approved as new and resalable, your refund, less shipping charges, will be credited to your credit card within 7 days. Returns made without prior authorization are not eligible for credit or return shipment.

You can feel comfortable placing your order and payment information online, because Little Builder Toy Company is committed to safe, responsible use of customer information.
We do not retain telephone numbers for purposes other than contacting individuals with a question or information regarding an order. We do not trade, rent, or sell telephone numbers to any other parties.
